Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges
At this time, ZEZII does not currently accept returns due to the hygenic nature of our jewelry. Once an order is placed, we will honor a cancellation request within 3 hours. To request a cancellation, please email ZEZII at shopzezii@gmail.com.
Shipping & Handling
At checkout you will have the option to choose USPS first class shipping (2-5 days), priority shipping (1-3 days), or priority express overnight. There are upgraded UPS options as well. Orders over $75 ship for free (using first class or ground shipping).
We are unable to provide a guarantee for delivery dates, so please keep that in mind before purchasing gifts, and plan for the 2-4 business day processing time which does not include the shipping time of 2-5 days.
Unfortunately we are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, or if a package is lost by USPS, and will not give refunds as a result of this. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. We cannot refund or replace these items. Please contact your carrier to file a claim.
Replacements
If you happen to lose one of your beloved ZEZII earrings, please send an email to shopzezii@gmail.com to arrange a single earring replacement.
